Carole Fuchs is a climate & biodiversity policy expert, PhD anthropologist, and high-altitude mountaineer.
She has worked at the heart of international climate negotiations and climbed multiple 8,000-metre peaks, including Mount Everest, while spending time in the Himalayan mountains witnessing how climate change is reshaping lives, cultures, and landscapes.

Her work bridges frontline realities and leadership decision-making, translating lived experience into clear insight for organisations navigating climate, sustainability, and systemic change.
